Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter for a temporary contract opportunity in Cypress, CA, supporting recruiting efforts for a 2027 College Internship Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting or HR professional who enjoys working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities- Recruit candidates for the company’s 2027 College Internship Program.
- Post, update, and manage job advertisements on social media platforms and online job boards.
- Review resumes, identify qualified candidates, and conduct phone screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Create and distribute offer letters while supporting a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with recruiting administration, internship-related coordination, and corporate functions or intern events as needed.
- Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.

Temporary assignment expected to run through the end of the year, with potential for extension based on business needs and performance. - Location:

- Support full-cycle recruiting activities for a college internship program.
- Manage job postings, resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, and offer letter coordination.
- Provide recruiting administrative support and assist with intern-related events or corporate functions.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferred in recruiting, staffing, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related function.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and personable approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn internal recruiting systems and processes.
- Previous experience recruiting college students, interns, entry-level candidates, or early-career talent.
- Experience posting jobs on online job boards and social media recruiting platforms.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is helpful, but not required. Training will be provided.
