We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of HR experience and strong experience with ADP Workforce Now, particularly with new hire onboarding, orientation, I-9 and E-Verify, along with a solid understanding of employee relations.

What You?ll Do:

Manage new hire onboarding and employee orientation

Process and maintain I-9s and E-Verify

Utilize ADP Workforce Now for onboarding and employee records

Assist with employee relations and day-to-day HR questions

Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and documentation

Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance

Partner with managers and employees to ensure a positive employee experience

Assist with other HR projects and administrative responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on HR experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Specialist, or similar role

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required

Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now

Hands-on experience with onboarding, orientation, I-9 and E-Verify

Experience handling employee relations

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization

Location:

Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 + Bonus

100% In Office

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
