- First 90 days:
Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Ongoing shift rotation
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (WFH eligible)
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Provide support for network, security, and cloud-related incidents
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues in real time
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure environments
- Manage and respond to security alerts using Crowd Strike
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar)
- Support enterprise security initiatives and incident response efforts
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
- Collaborate with NOC, Security, Systems, and Engineering teams
- Participate in on-call and scheduled shift rotations
- Document procedures, incidents, and configurations clearly and accurately
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in NOC, Network Engineering, or Security Operations
- Strong experience with network security, firewalls, and threat detection
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience using Crowd Strike or similar endpoint protection platforms
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching
- Proven ability to troubleshoot under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Security or networking certifications (CCNP, Azure, Security+, CISSP, etc.)
- Experience in a 24/7 or shift-based operations environment
- Background supporting enterprise or regulated environments
