Raymond West is looking for a Marketing & CRM Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), execute targeted marketing campaigns, and support marketing initiatives to drive engagement, retention and growth. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity, streamline communication, and enhance the client journey.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assign leads from various sources to sales reps using Oracle.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and completeness.
- Implement and maintain CRM best practices.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage.
- Monitor lead performance and propose lead‑generation optimizations.
- Develop and design impactful presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, flyers, videos, and graphics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing events and trade shows.
- Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, custom objects and fields, reports, dashboards, workflows/processes, and day‑to‑day CRM tasks.
- Assist with various marketing administrative tasks.
- Process and track all marketing invoices.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and similar software.
- Experience with CRM or Salesforce and mapping software.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Maintain effective working relationships with employees, coworkers, and managers in other departments.
- Willingness to work off‑hours as needed and to assume additional responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to correspond both verbally and in writing with employees and vendors.
- Quick learning with accuracy and neatness; flexible in task execution.
- Present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
- Maintain a professional attitude in all matters.
- Self‑confidence and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Compliance with the employee handbook and essential job functions in a safe manner.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university; business or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, related experience, or equivalent experience in material handling.
- 20% travel (approximately 6 hours per week).
- Candidate must be eligible for liability insurance with Raymond West.
- Desk‑bound with light traveling.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
- The hourly range for this position is $22.77 – $40.00, influenced by experience, education, and location.
Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen.
