Job Summary
DIRECT HIRE - Operations Manager at Kelly Services in Cypress, CA. Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Interface with clients, provide site walks, upsell services, and provide pricing.
- Supervise specialty jobs and crews as needed.
- Ensure staffing is filled and work with HR team for staffing or replacements.
- Create detailed reports regarding clients, sites, and P&L for client sites.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
