Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Salary Range: $24.00/hr - $24.76/hr (BCforward range – actual pay based on skills and experience)

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for performing weekly maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure it remains safe, reliable, and production-ready. The role requires following established production plans to meet customer requirements while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Candidates must be flexible to work second or third shift based on business needs and be available for occasional weekend support as required.

• Perform weekly maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and readiness.
• Follow established production plans to meet customer requirements.
• Work independently and collaboratively with a skilled team of professionals in materials, manufacturing, and test engineering.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Resolve conflicts professionally to maintain high standards of teamwork.
• Participate in cost improvement initiatives to support customer needs.
• Stand for extended periods and provide service support on a 24-hour basis when business demands arise.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) preferred.
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and high level of attention to detail.
