Job Overview
As a Process Technician, you will perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and reliability. You will follow production plans to meet customer requirements and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This role may require availability for second or third shifts based on business needs.

Key Accountabilities
- Perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
- Work both individually and as a team player to meet production plans and customer requirements.
- Resolve conflicts within the team professionally to maintain high standards.
- Participate in cost improvement initiatives to satisfy customer needs.
- Be available for occasional weekend shifts and 24-hour service support as needed.
- Stand for extended periods of time as required by the role.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude.
