We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Production Associate to support daily production operations. The role involves working on the production floor, assembling products, operating machinery, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery and production equipment according to company procedures.
- Assemble parts and components following work instructions.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor materials and report shortages or defects to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs (as required).
