Rate: $23-25/ hour
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Machine Operator II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of your workstation, including machine setup, operation, and quality control. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This position requires versatility, as you will operate multiple machines and adapt to changing production demands.

- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, diagrams, and specifications
- Solid math skills (fractions, measurements, percentages)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven reliability, attendance, and performance
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (required)
- Experience operating equipment such as rotary or flat‑bed presses, slitters, or rewinders (required)
- Production and/or quality certifications (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Manufacturing/production environment
- Frequent standing, sitting, and repetitive hand movements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work around machinery, loud equipment, and in confined spaces
- Must be able to climb ladders or stairs as needed
- Requires close and distance vision, including color perception

Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and manage machinery to produce high‑quality products on schedule
- Review work orders and production schedules to ensure proper setup and execution
- Install, align, and secure tooling such as dies, blades, and fixtures
- Adjust machine controls to regulate speed, feed rates, and performance
- Monitor machine operations and record production data
- Perform in‑process and final quality inspections using precision measuring tools
- Identify defects and make necessary corrections to maintain product standards
- Perform routine and preventive machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication
- Maintain productivity standards while minimizing material waste
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards)
- Support team operations and shift between production lines as needed
Requirements:
Ability to work overtime when required.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
