The role of the Electric Motor Winding Assembler is to manufacture high‑quality stator winding assemblies for use in a wide variety of high‑performance motors and generators.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Coil wind, insulate, insert, form, in‑process inspect, clean and test stator assemblies according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
- 3+ years of proven experience in electric stator/motor winding.
- Ability to read and comprehend assembly drawings and detailed instructions as outlined on production work orders.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding of schematics.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies.
- Ability to use hand tools, and mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Reliable.
- Can do attitude.
- Teachable, willing to learn and understand company manufacturing processes and procedures.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good work ethic and time management skills.
- Self‑awareness: not afraid to ask for help or admit error.

- Bend or stoop repeatedly or continually over time.
- Remain in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Lifting objects up to 50 pounds may be required.
- Make fine, highly controlled muscular movements to adjust the position of a control mechanism (i.e., operating dials or pedals).
- Coordinate the movement of more than one limb simultaneously (i.e., operating the milling table vertically and horizontally).
- Flexible work schedule. Available as determined by changes in customer demand, to adjust shift start/end times and work overtime as necessary.
$20 - $25 per hour
