Overview

Vestcom is a technology‑driven shelf‑edge solutions provider for retailers and CPGs, operating as a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison.

Shift: 2 pm – 10:30 pm, Tuesday – Saturday.

Hourly rate: $17.05 – $22.73 per hour.

• Accurately inspect, separate, slot, and package all label/print products.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained.
• Log time and materials accurately using the ERP system.
• Complete all shipments according to the daily job schedule and customer special instructions.
• Communicate problems or quality issues related to printing, laminating, or shipping to the appropriate individuals.
• Double‑check all shipments leaving the production facility for errors before delivery.
• Communicate with courier companies and drivers regarding shipping delays and special deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, use required PPE, and follow all safety rules and procedures.
• May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Comply with company policies regarding a drug‑free workplace and all safety procedures.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand 2–3 hours to a full shift daily.
• Use hands and fingers to handle and feel products 1–2 hours to full shift daily.
• Reach with hands and arms 1–2 hours to full shift daily.
• Lift 50 pounds 1–2 hours to full shift daily.
• Requires clear vision at 20 inches or less; color vision for identifying and distinguishing colors.
• Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.
