Thriv Drink Project is seeking a Sanitation Operator for our production facility in Cypress, CA!

Thriv Drink Project is a fast‑growing cold juice and co‑packing beverage company. We have been operating for a few years and growth has increased year after year. Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 DOE

Shifts:

Monday – Friday, Time: 19:00 – 03:30

The Sanitation Operator is a key position within our manufacturing place and supports operations by cleaning and sanitizing post‑production. This position is exposed to both refrigerated and non‑refrigerated areas throughout the facility.

Job Responsibilities
  • Use chemicals to clean and sanitize food contact and non‑food contact surfaces
  • Utilize chemicals to perform CIP and COP functions
  • Sanitizing machinery with soluble solution
  • Utilize pressurized water to clean floors
  • Responsible for dumping trash
  • Follow all GMP procedures
  • Responsible for documentation of job tasks performed on sanitation checklist
  • Requires frequent bending, stooping, pushing, walking, and lifting
  • Set up & tear down production equipment as needed to perform specific cleaning applications
  • Inspect all equipment before releasing line to management for inspection
  • PPE required as outlined in GMP procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Willingness and ability to work in wet, ambient to cold environments
  • Must have experience working independently
  • Previous sanitation experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
  • Previous experience running CIP on bottle line fillers and large capacity tanks
  • Previous CIP/COP sanitation reading and writing on chart recordings
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, as this is not a sit‑down position
  • Must be able to work long hours and overtime when required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be 18 years or older
