Job Description

We are seeking a Production Assembler & Quality Inspector at Vestcom, a business unit of Avery Dennison. The role involves quality control, assembly, and inspection of data‑integrated media products, ensuring each label and package meets strict SOPs before reaching the customer. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Cypress, California.

• Accurately inspect, separate, slot, and package print and label products according to exact specifications.
• Maintain a “zero‑defect” mindset by closely following standard operating procedures and daily job schedules.
• Log time and materials into our ERP software; cross‑reference shipping logs and double‑check packages to eliminate delivery errors.
• Partner across production lines to maintain workflows, step up to help coworkers, and report layout or printing defects immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and strictly follow PPE guidelines.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail with basic computer literacy.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, utilize precise hand movements, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent color vision and close‑range depth perception.
• High level of accountability, resilience under tight deadlines, and a team‑first attitude.

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Tuesday – Saturday (Overtime as required). Hourly rate: $17.05 – $22.73 per hour (range may vary).
