Job Description:
A leader in the Client application of Ceramic Matrix Composites, our High Temperature Composites team is growing very quickly at the frontline of the company's strategic development. This is truly a culture of growth, innovation and applied problem solving, dedicated to making a high impact on the larger business over the next 5-10 years and beyond. Our location, in Huntington Beach, CA is growing our manufacturing processes and needs a Process Technician to help support the increase in production.

Summary:
Our Process Technician will perform manufacturing/operational tasks for which they have been trained on, consistent with the requirements of the team, statutory and company standards (e.g. Health, Safety, Environment,
******* Quality Management System, and
******* Production System) including the manufacture and assembly of components and sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly maintenance on equipment to ensure equipment is safe and reliable
• Ability to stand for an extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion during a shift
• Ability to work as an individual and as a team player to get the job done.
• Ability to safely handle compressed gas cylinders and other containers of potentially hazardous chemicals
• Follow production plans in order to meet customer requirements
• Ability to resolve conflicts within the team in the spirit of team work in order to ensure high standards of professionalism at all times
• This is an entry level position and we are willing to train the right person
• Participating in cost reduction/operational improvements in order to satisfy customer needs
• Must be able to work a second or third shift depending on business needs.

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or GED
• Experience with in industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience working with compressed gases in industrial processes
• Detail oriented and able to follow procedures
• Strong Mechanical aptitude
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
