Job Description

Position Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and tangible results? We are seeking a reliable Production Assembler & Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be the final line of defense for our data-integrated media products, ensuring every label and package meets our strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and high-quality benchmarks before reaching the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control & Assembly:
    Accurately inspect, separate, slot, and package print and label products according to exact specifications.
  • SOP Adherence:
    Maintain a "zero-defect" mindset by closely following standard operating procedures and daily job schedules.
  • Shipping & Fulfillment:
    Log time and materials into our ERP software, cross-reference shipping logs, and double-check packages to eliminate delivery errors.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Partner across production lines to maintain workflows, step up to help coworkers, and report layout or printing defects immediately.
  • Safety & Organization:
    Maintain a clean, safe workstation and strictly follow PPE guidelines.
Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail with basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, utilize precise hand movements, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent color vision and close-range depth perception.
  • High level of accountability, resilience under tight deadlines, and a team-first attitude.

Shift & Pay:
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Tuesday – Saturday (Overtime as required). The hourly rate for this position is $17.05 - $22.73 / hour. Actual salaries will vary within the range.
