Senra Systems is seeking a Lead Technician for our onsite team in California to spearhead electrical harness fabrication for aerospace and defense customers. You will guide a small technician team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and continuously improve floor operations.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong schematics and soldering skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems. Willingness to overtime and weekends is expected, with 25 lb lifting and 8-hour stand capability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
