Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Department supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

* + Support daily production activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.

+ Provide essential administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth operations.

+ Perform Batch Record Review (BRR) for accuracy and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

+ Assist in managing material flow and documentation throughout production processes.

+ Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve documentation issues and support process improvements.

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.

+ Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

+ Proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.

+ Ability to learn and navigate ERP systems effectively.

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
