- Material Control for our client in Cypress, CA. Pay rate: $18-$20

Skills:

5 years' experience as an inventory manager Written and oral skills to communicate effectively. 1+ year(s) microscope experience required Work with Supervisor on obsolescence components and related documents. Work with engineers on update and revise assembly drawing and SCDs Work with purchasing on getting Quotes. Manage all inventory and ensure proper count. Assist in Conduct yearend inventory Audit. Kitting and issuing components for production Assist in maintaining all shop coats, bouffant, ESD shoes/booties, etc.

Knowledge of MRP system for production, inventory and material management Performs assembly and fabrication under a microscope. Set up, program, and run spot-welding systems for electronic components Fabricate and weld components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications. Follow engineering drawings to ensure accurately fabricated parts. Suggest processes and operations to produce the best possible results. Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces to ensure conformance with specifications.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Support production and engineering teams in developing efficient manufacturing methods and improving product quality. Perform dimensional and visual inspections on complex mechanical and welded components using precision measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.). Verify parts and assemblies against engineering drawings, models, and specifications using GD&T principles.
