Manufacturing Services Technician

As a Manufacturing Services Technician III at Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars, you will support ultra‑luxury vehicle production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and systems. You’ll execute preventive maintenance, diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure production lines meet exacting quality and safety standards. Collaborating with engineers and craftspeople, you’ll implement continuous improvement initiatives, document maintenance activities, and support new tooling or process introductions in a precision, craftsmanship‑driven environment.
