Electronic Assembly Technician (Micro-Assembly)

Pay rate: $25 - $32/hr DOE

Shift: 1st

Location: Cypress, CA

Summary:

We are looking for a electronic assembly technician with micro assembly experience for an electronic manufacturing company in Cypress, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform micro-assembly of electronic/PCB components using tweezers, microscopes, and other precision tools
• Execute hand soldering of fine-pitch components and wires to PCBs and assemblies
• Inspect and verify assemblies meet IPC-A-610 standards
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and schematics
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in micro-assembly or electronics manufacturing
• IPC-A-610 standards certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• Proficient in hand soldering and working under a microscope
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
