Job Title: Mechanical Calibration Technician

Location: Cypress, Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Optional Overtime)

Salary: $20- 30 per hour, depending on experience (DPE)

Position Overview

We’re looking for skilled Mechanical and Electrical Calibration Technicians to help ensure the precision and reliability of advanced measurement instruments. You'll ensure the accuracy and reliability of clients' measurement instruments, requiring precision, organization, and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Calibrate instruments (Calipers, micrometers, gages, indicators, thread rings, etc.)
  • Calibrate standards and generate reports
  • Inspect equipment and collaborate with engineers
  • Maintain safety and troubleshoot equipment
Requirements and Skills
  • Must have proven Calibration experience
  • Military PMEL/TMDE/DOD training and familiarity with ISO 17025 standards preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for potential onsite customer visits
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, and U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
