Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team conducts inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store.

Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by supporting pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and express appreciation for their visit.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to help achieve business priorities (receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, putting up promotional signs).
• If certified, operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set‑up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures (setting up, stock management, sales floor maintenance) impact inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely at all times; comply with safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking, packing, delivery of pickup orders) while maintaining compliance.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

• Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) reliable and prompt attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties (e.g., Drive‑Up, carry‑out).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
