Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions promptly and courteously, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, and promote loyalty programs.;
Support store operations by managing visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.;
Assist with staffing, scheduling, payroll approvals, training, and performance feedback; input performance notes into HR systems with the Store Manager.;
Manage inventory and loss prevention practices, ensure store cleanliness and merchandise organization, and oversee day-to-day POS transactions and bank deposits.
