Commercial Lines Account Manager - Middle Market

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a portfolio of middle‑market accounts, ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 in premium, with a total book of business between $5 million and $10 million, depending on the candidate's experience level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Salary Range
  : $85,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.

• Manage accounts from A to Z, including renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing.
• Market renewals and quote new/renewal business.
• Pull loss runs and analyze data to provide insights to clients.
• Round out accounts to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients.
• Maintain and grow a book of business valued between $5 million and $10 million in premium.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Licenses/Designations
  :
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle‑market accounts.
• Software Proficiency
  :
  Must have experience using EPIC software.
• Soft Skills

  Strong collaboration, organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Work Environment
