Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary

A growing organization in the residential and commercial construction industry is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Cypress, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting clients, coordinating sales activity, processing orders, and helping a sales team operate efficiently. The Sales Support Specialist will play an important role in delivering a positive client experience from initial inquiry through order fulfillment.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and clear day-to-day impact on customer satisfaction and sales operations.

• Assist clients throughout the sales process by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing timely order updates.
• Process, track, and coordinate sales orders, including rush requests, order changes, and shipping updates.
• Compile daily lead lists, maintain sales databases, and help organize prospect information for the sales team.
• Support sales and administrative teams with scheduling, filing, client meetings, reporting, and general department coordination.
• Perform accurate data entry related to sales metrics, order information, client records, and other key business data.
• Report unusual order activity, client concerns, or process issues to supervisors as needed.

• Salary range: $52,000 to $60,000 per year.
