Position: Construction Laborer
Company: Clockwork Construction Inc.
Location: 5856 Corp Ave, Suite 200, Cypress, CA
Clockwork Construction Inc. is a commercial general contractor specializing in fast food restaurant remodels and new construction along with other commercial remodel and new buildings.
Responsibilities- Perform various trades including wood carpentry, finish carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation and taping, FRP installation, concrete, installation of doors, frames and hardware, etc. as needed.
- Installation of Fixtures, Furnishings and Equipment.
- Track and report hours worked
- Follow direction of Superintendent/lead carpenter on daily tasks to be performed
- Minimum 1 year experience in the construction industry
- Proficient reading plan and other construction documentation
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Available to work extended hours as required
- Motor vehicle driving record that is consistent with Company standards and policies
- Able to travel as needed
Compensation
: DOE plus variable bonuses based upon company and individual performance
