The Field Installation Manager (FIM) is an entry‑to mid‑level leadership position focused on ensuring 100% execution of on‑site equipment installations at customer locations. The position may require up to 80% travel across the United States.

The culture is fast‑paced, high‑growth with room for advancement based on accomplishments and skillsets. The FIM needs to perform independently on the jobsite but also coordinate as part of a team consisting of the project manager, sales representative, equipment suppliers, installers/technicians, FIM Supervisor, and customer representatives.
