• Prepare tax returns and supporting work papers
• Delivery of organized, review-ready work
• Complete revisions promptly and accurately
• Support filing and signature package execution
• Assist with reporting and special projects when needed

• Strong tax and accounting experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Public accounting experience preferred

• Accurate, timely, review-ready work
• Strong follow-through and accountability
• Consistent adherence to quality standards
