Qualifications- High school diploma/GED equivalent, some college preferred or administrative office experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative secretary, with a minimum of 3 in public education setting preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, detail-oriented, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace Tools, eSchool, and eFinance.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience managing complex schedules and overseeing projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in resolving issues and improving processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative working relationships across departments and campuses.

Salary / Paygrade$48,178/CP-8
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.
Essential Functions- Prepare correspondence, forms, manuals, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain physical and electronic department files and records.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks and maintain department budget records.
- Compile pertinent data as needed when preparing reports.
- Answer and respond to incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.
- Make meeting arrangements for department activities, including preparing materials, scheduling, and setting up facilities.
- Maintain a schedule of appointments for the administrator and make travel arrangements.
- Maintain calendar with department and assistant superintendent schedules.
- Compile, monitor, and process personnel time and payroll records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent.
Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer.
