Job DescriptionQUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Three (3) years of successful clerical experience.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in applied technology (Microsoft Office and Google Drive).
4. Proficient skills in data entry and file maintenance.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in general office management and procedures.
6. Ability to perform a variety of tasks and change assignments on short notice, with little direction.
7. Experience in the use of eSchool Plus and Cognos software preferred.
8. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a high level of integrity regarding student records.
9. Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at all levels.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
210 days
SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$31,207– CP5
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Maintain Emergent Bilingual student PEIMS data; audit and review data to ensure accuracy.
2. Provide technical assistance to LPAC representatives in collecting and reporting student data and program information.
3. Maintain files and records in preparation for possible state compliance audit.
4. Assist the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Special Populations with the preparation of LPAC representative district meetings.
5. Perform data entry and run reports from existing databases in Eschool Plus and Cognos.
6. Answer and respond to incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.
7. Maintain confidentiality of information and student records.
8. Work with district PEIMS Coordinator on accuracy of PEIMS submissions.
9. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Special Populations.
