Job Title
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED;
- Proficient in applied technology. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint);
- Proficient in general office management and procedures;
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Must be self-motivated, possess the ability to work under pressure, able to handle multiple tasks, and work collaboratively;
- Demonstrated personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality to support the best interest of the district.

244 days
Salary/Paygrade:
$38,788/CP-6
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.
Essential Functions:
- Prepare correspondence, forms, contracts and reports for the directors.
- Answer and respond to incoming calls, taking reliable messages and route to appropriate staff, assist directly with routine inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries emails.
- Manage calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments and reserve conference rooms as needed.
- Maintain well-organized filing system.
- Registrations for conferences/workshops and travel reimbursements for the directors and department staff.
- Assist the directors, assistant director and coordinators with various tasks and supporting projects.
- Process various invoices in eFinance, verify and process requisitions for payment.
- Promote and support departmental goals.
- Perform other duties assigned by the directors/assistant director, coordinators and the assistant superintendent for educational support services as needed.
Note:
Preference will be given to CFISD employees.
