Senior Automotive Technician

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently, perform advanced diagnostics, and ensure repairs meet MAP, dealership, manufacturer, and company standards.
• Conduct multi-point inspections, explain technical issues to customers and staff, recommend necessary services, and document all work.
• Follow safety procedures, adhere to company policies, and work flexible schedules, excluding Sundays.

• Previous automotive technician or mechanic experience required; ASE certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with diagnostic tools, hold a valid driver’s license, and possess or obtain a State Inspector License if applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, lift up to 70 pounds, and work in environments with dust, fumes, and varying temperatures.
• Good vision and communication skills are essential.
• Must follow safety protocols and demonstrate full range of motion and physical capability to perform job duties.

• Diagnose vehicles per certification level, perform repairs, explain technical issues, recommend services, and ensure safety compliance.
