Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced, people-focused Director of Operations to oversee approximately 5 high-performing locations across the Houston area. What You'll Do

As our Director of Operations, you'll be the driving force behind your market's success. You will:

* Lead, mentor, and develop 5+ General Managers and their teams

* Ensure operational excellence across all locations

* Drive sales growth, traffic, and profitability

* Deliver top-tier guest service and uphold brand standards

* Optimize labor, food cost, scheduling, and inventory management

* Implement company initiatives and execute training programs

* Foster a positive culture that supports engagement, retention, and high performance

* Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement

* Support new store openings, remodels, and ongoing brand development

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR or Fast Casual preferred)

* Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable

* Proven track record of improving operations and achieving sales goals

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* A hands-on, people-first management style

* Ability to travel between Houston-area stores regularly

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
