Job Overview

The Investor Relations Associate serves as a key member of the Investments team, supporting investor relations, capital raising initiatives, CRM administration, communications, executive support, and operational process improvements. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional investor experience by managing investor communications, coordinating fundraising activities, optimizing technology platforms, and supporting executive leadership through strategic projects and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-driven, and relationship-focused, with a passion for improving processes and creating efficient systems.

This individual collaborates across Investments, Accounting, Marketing, Legal, and Executive Leadership to enhance investor engagement and support the firm's continued growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Support the Investment team with administrative and operational initiatives.
  • Coordinate investor communications, including capital calls, distributions, project updates, and general correspondence.
  • Manage investor records, CRM systems, and reporting to ensure accurate and organized information.
  • Assist with capital raising activities, including subscription documentation, funding coordination, and investor onboarding.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials to support the Investment team.
  • Develop and improve workflows, procedures, and technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Marketing, Legal, and other departments to support investor-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, special projects, and other administrative support for the Investments team.
Requirements
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and CRM platforms.
  • Marketing and communications experience is a plus.
