A growing home builder is seeking an experienced Estimator to support residential construction projects through accurate takeoffs, budgeting, and cost analysis. This role partners closely with Purchasing, Construction, and Leadership teams and offers strong visibility within the organization.
What You'll Do- Prepare material takeoffs and construction estimates
- Create and maintain project budgets
- Review plans and revisions for cost impacts
- Track job costs, margins, and budget performance
- Collaborate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- 5+ years of residential estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of homebuilding and construction processes
- Experience with Bluebeam and/or On-Screen Takeoff
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- AutoCAD or Revit exposure
