PROJECT MANAGER - CONCRETE/ STRUCTURAL CONCRETE

Well‑established, family‑owned, full‑service Metro specialty concrete contractor is seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER/ SR PROJECT MANAGER. The company specializes in commercial structural concrete—including cast‑in‑place, flatwork, slab on deck/grade, elevated slabs, tilt‑wall, footings, foundations, and related civil projects.

• Project Management experience must include commercial structural concrete projects.
• Minimum 5+ years working for a commercial concrete specialty sub‑contractor or self‑performing general contractor.
• Projects include schools, educational buildings, offices, multifamily, churches, warehouses, medical, retail, and other civil projects as well as site development and flatwork.
• Practical leadership abilities, such as motivation, goal setting, and conflict management.
• Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Creative and results‑oriented, with a keen sense of urgency and self‑motivation.
