Overnight Customer Service Representative
This role is located at 20503 FM 529 RD, Cypress, TX 77433.
Position OverviewCustomer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS and are accountable for delivering superior customer service while educating customers on our products and services. CSRs maintain company quality standards and comply with all policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Educating customers on our products and services
- Ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Using our point‑of‑sale system to access information and process transactions
- Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
- Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members
- Performing other duties as instructed by management
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi‑task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be honest and have integrity
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
