Personal Banker - Grant and Louetta

Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Cypress, TX.

• Acquire and deepen the branch‑customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, lobby engagement, and appointment setting, delivering a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate solutions.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by positioning PNC products and educating customers on technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, supporting customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits and ensuring branch operations are performed efficiently and accurately.

• Preferred:
  Bilingual Spanish, accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, proactive sales.
• Competencies:
  
  Banking products, digital awareness, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, prospecting, retail lending, selling, understanding customer needs.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years in a related role, associate's degree or equivalent; alternatively, a combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.
