• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies and services.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or up‑sell additional products and services.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Previous insurance experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
