• $70,000 - $72,000 per year
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Licensure:
  Valid and current Texas State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Skills:
  
  Strong clinical proficiency in calculus removal and soft tissue management.
• Communication:
  Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate patient interaction.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a high-energy general dentistry setting.
• Software:
  Familiarity with modern dental practice management software and digital imaging tools.
• Certification:
  Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Preventative Care:
  Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing, to maintain and improve patient oral health.

  Capture high-quality digital radiographs and conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments.

  Collaborate with the doctor to identify and communicate necessary dental treatments and periodontal therapies.

  Adhere to strict sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate and detailed digital patient charts and medical histories.
