Role OverviewWe are seeking a clinically focused Urologist to provide outpatient care and participate in hospital call coverage. This role offers a supportive environment, efficient workflows, and the ability to practice high-quality medicine without administrative burden.
Responsibilities- Outpatient evaluation and management of general urologic conditions
- Office-based procedures (flexible cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, etc.)
- Hospital call coverage at partner hospitals
- Inpatient consults, admissions, and surgical management
- Collaboration with referring providers and hospital teams
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
- Strong general urology skillset; subspecialty interests welcome
- Commitment to patient-centered, ethical care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Balanced clinic schedule and manageable call
- Modern EMR and streamlined operational support
- Practice locations in two high-growth Houston communities
