We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Curriculum Coordinator to join our team at Kids R Kids Cypress. As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our preschool.

Kids R Kids is a nurturing, play-based early learning community dedicated to supporting the social, emotional, and academic growth of young children. We believe in developmentally appropriate practice, strong teacher collaboration, and joyful learning experiences.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead, support, and strengthen our preschool curriculum. This role focuses on curriculum design, implementation, and coaching teachers to ensure high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with early childhood standards.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate preschool curriculum aligned with state early learning standards
• Support teachers with lesson planning, classroom implementation, and instructional strategies
• Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Ensure curriculum reflects best practices in early childhood education and play-based learning
• Collaborate with the Director to support program goals and continuous improvement
• Coordinate curriculum materials, assessments, and documentation
• Support professional development and staff training related to curriculum and instruction
• Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements related to curriculum

• Minimum 2 years of preschool or early childhood teaching experience
• Previous experience in curriculum development, coaching, or leadership strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with state early learning standards and assessment tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
