We are looking for a Certified Montessori Teacher with a passion for early childhood education. You will lead a mixed-age classroom, implement a Montessori-aligned curriculum, and guide students through individualized learning experiences that support their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create and implement a comprehensive, Montessori-aligned curriculum.

Guide children in developing foundational literacy, numeracy, and practical life skills.

Foster positive social and emotional development in a multi-age classroom.

Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and engaging Montessori environment.

Observe, document, and assess each child's progress and developmental milestones.

Communicate regularly with families to build strong school-home connections.

Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to ensure best practices and support.

Qualifications

Montessori Certification (AMS or AMI required).

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).

Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards for Childcare Licensing (a plus).

Experience working in an early childhood or preschool setting.

Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development principles.

Excellent communication, observation, and classroom management skills.

CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
