We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and flexible Preschool Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team.

A minimum of 2 years of classroom experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is REQUIRED.

• Minimum 2 years of childcare/preschool classroom experience – REQUIRED
• Strong classroom management skills
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Ability to establish consistent classroom routines and expectations
• Professional and dependable
• Strong communication skills with children, families, coworkers, and administration
• A genuine team player who is willing to help where needed
• Flexible and comfortable working with different preschool age groups when necessary
• Able to accept feedback, coaching, and direction professionally
• Willing to mentor and support less-experienced coworkers when appropriate
• Comfortable working in a busy, changing, and sometimes challenging environment
• Someone who sees challenges as opportunities to help improve the classroom and school rather than becoming discouraged by them
• Familiarity with Texas Child Care Minimum Standards preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to complete required certification
