GT Solar Maintenance, a leader in solar field vegetation management, is hiring Zero Turn Mower Operators to join our regional crews. This traveling role covers Texas and other western states; you will operate mowers outdoors at solar sites and receive training and lodging for overnight stays.
Starting pay is $15 per hour with per diem for meals, and signing and referral bonuses. Expect 10–12 hour days, 5–6 days per week, with several weeks of overnight travel and opportunities for advancement
