A. Execute the daily coating plans/processes required for both internal and external customers.
B. Develop/produce operating parameters for various coating applications using in-house spray systems.
Required:
Knowledge of plasma, HVOF (liquid and gaseous), HVAF, wire and flame arc, combustion, and laser cladding.
Plus:
Robotic programming experience.
Plus:
Developmental experience in thermal spray equipment design.
Plus:
Industry experience with multiple thermal spray applications (aviation, aero-derivative, gas turbine, power generation, medical, oil & gas).
Plus:
Material differences related to specific applications.
