Compliance AssistantJOB DESCRIPTION
Municipal Operations and Consulting is seeking a Compliance Assistant who has experience in the water/wastewater industry. This full-time position is based in Cypress, Texas, a suburb of Houston.
Responsibilities- Prepare monthly state reporting.
- Prepare compliance audit data by completing and analyzing internal and external information.
- Provide administrative support by completing projects in support of compliance inspections and filing all projects.
- Providing administrative assistance by answering questions and responding to specific customer requests.
- Meet state and federal deadlines.
- Tracking multiple data databases.
- Capable of working On Call/emergency schedule.
- Operational knowledge is preferable
- Full-time position: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Must be available to work in office Emergency Response hours during extreme weather or emergency events. / No Exceptions
