A leading clinician-owned and led pediatric private practice in Cypress, TX is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP) to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. - Full or Part-time flexible scheduling Options
- Traditional 5-day, 8-hour workweek, four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday or four 10-hour days
- Select the compensation arrangement that best fits your lifestyle.
- Guaranteed Hourly Pay (W-2): $33–$41 based on experience.
- Pay-Per-Visit Model (W-2): $50–$76/hour
- Contractor / PRN (1099): $60/hour ($30/30 minutes), $80 per evaluation

- Conduct pediatric speech and language assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy sessions designed to engage children and families
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including OT, PT, and BCBA colleagues
- Mentor peers and participate in specialty-specific training and professional development
- Support inclusive, diverse, and family-centered care initiatives
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- Pediatric therapy experience (internships or Clinical Fellowship accepted)
- Passion for supporting children’s communication and developmental growth
