Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in the Energy Corridor area of Houston, TX for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. In this role, you will provide individualized occupational therapy to children in various home and daycare settings. Duties will include evaluating developmental and sensory needs, creating tailored therapy plans, delivering treatment to meet therapy goals, and collaborating with families and caregivers to support each child’s progress.

Additional responsibilities may include engaging in early intervention efforts and addressing a wide range of pediatric occupational and sensory needs. This position comes with a sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Occupational Therapy with specific experience in Pediatrics
  • Strong foundation in Sensory Integration and Early Intervention
  • Passion for Working With Children, fostering positive developmental outcomes
  • Active certification or license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and team members
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience with home‑based therapy is a plus
  • Commitment to professional growth and the mission of improving children’s lives
