Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as an Injection Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic medicine and experience with injectable treatments, hormone replacement therapy, and medical weight loss management. This role involves administering Botox and dermal fillers, consulting with clients on treatment plans, and ensuring that clients receive safe, personalized care to achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform injections of Botox and dermal fillers in accordance with client goals and safety standards.
- Medical weight loss management with GLP-1 medications.
- Management of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
- Consult with clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide expert advice on skin care and medical spa services.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up procedures.
- Uphold the high standards of service, safety, and professionalism.
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Texas.
- Certification in aesthetic injectables (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics or cosmetic injections.
- Strong knowledge of Botox, fillers, and other injectable treatments.
- Strong knowledge of hormone replacement therapy in men and women including experience with pellet insertion (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ability to conduct client consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and build trust with clients
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in maintaining accurate and thorough documentation
